Starting July 1, 2019, we're kicking off a 90-day fitness challenge – led by MJST Success Coach (and certified health/nutrition coach), Christina Schroeder!

By the end of the #thrivetoday 90-Day Fitness Challenge, you'll be able to:

    You'll use benchmark workouts to track progress across all three months.

  2. Write a new story about when and where you can take care of your health.
    You'll discover how simple workouts that require little to no equipment can create the change you're seeking.

More About Your Coach!

DSC04907Christina Schroeder has been a Success Coach with MJST since September 2018 and lives in Omaha with her husband and daughter. Prior to her current position, Christina held various roles managing individuals, teams and accounts ranging from the nonprofit sector in corporate relations to regional team trainings and initiatives for a Fortune 500 company.

Christina believes in the infinite potential that exists within and is experienced by developing whole human beings – which means going beyond just specific job/skill training!

In addition to coaching and leading in the corporate space, Christina has been actively coaching in the fitness and wellness community for seven years.  Her certifications include: CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, Stages Cycling, and Precision Nutrition Level 1. She will also be beginning her Precision Level 2 certification training in the near future.  In addition to her work at MJST, Christina is a trainer and nutrition coach with Nerve Health and Fitness (also in Omaha).
